Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Maison Lé Pooch. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items may be tried on your dog for fit purposes only

  • Items must be returned clean, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, odour, or soiling

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

You can send your item(s) back with the carrier of your choice. Please note:

  • We do not offer return labels, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost returns.
  • If an item is lost in transit without tracking, we cannot refund or exchange it.

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Maison Lé Pooch cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond trying on for fit are not eligible for return.

Sale Items

  • Exchanges on sale items are not accepted for change of mind or size swaps.
  • Exchanges/refunds are only available for faulty or defective goods under warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by statutory warranties. We warrant that:

  • Products are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
  • Products are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Warranty period:

  • All products are covered for 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase.
  • Beyond 90 days, we are not liable for replacements or refunds.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by dog chewing the item(s).
  • Damage caused by exposure to sea water.
